I have read The Fourth Stall, Part Two, and I loved it. This book is the third in a three book series and I would suggest reading the first and second books prior to reading this novel. I found this book very difficult to put down because of the constant action, plot twists, and cliffhangers at the end of every chapter. I love books that submerge your brain into the character’s world and this book does a great job of introducing that feeling.
This dynamic read starts when Staples, “The main character Mac’s former enemy” asks Mac for help. He wants custody of his sister because she is all he really has left in his life that he loves. She is currently in a foster home with two very unsavory parents. Staples thinks he can do this by becoming Vince’s mentor (Vince is Mac's best friend) and taking him places like baseball games, movies, etc. A major twist occurs when Mac hands his dormant business over to a kid named Jimmy Two-Tone, everything goes south! Jimmy ends up being four thousand dollars in debt to another competing business run by a kid named Kinko. When Jimmy can’t get the money, it is up to Mac to pull out all of the stops and make four thousand dollars in cash and hand it over to Kinko in just one week!
I would recommend this book series to anyone who likes action, adventure, and a little bit of comedy in their reading.
